Takumi A500 Flute
The Takumi Flute Company was founded in 1976 by the famous Japanese flute-makers Shuichi Tanaka, (later he formed the world renowned Altus flute company) and Shigeru Watanabe (later founder of Mateki flutes). Shuichi Tanaka aimed to replicate the tone of the original Louis Lot flutes which were so sought after. This closed hole Takumi A500 features excellent Japanese craftmanship with everything that you expect from a professional flute with a rich warm tonal colour.
The Takumi A500 flute features a solid silver head joint with solid silver body and mechanism, with B foot joint.
